I ordered 2 parcels at the same time, the delivery was declared to the post office at the same time only one arrived? I don't understand why? so I can't answer better

We prepare and send your orders from the day they are validated by our sales teams. Their routing depends on the carriers who take over our parcels to be sent daily. In this way, the delivery of your orders depends entirely on the logistics of the postal processing platforms, over which we have no control.
