The bowl is beautiful! And it finally arrived, after weeks and weeks of waiting... on my birthday!!! Nice KDO! If you order and the bowl has to be specially made, expect a good month and a half of waiting (at least, right now...). It's better to be warned...

We are delighted that you are happy with your bowl. Concerning the waiting time, currently for custom made bowls, it is very random. It can take 15 days or 45. Manufacturing and transport are affected by the crisis situation. In any case, we see that everything comes to those who know how to wait, and as for you, in the Great Plan, at the best time. On our side, we work to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible and that our customers are fully satisfied.

As we explained to you on the phone, after testing the bowl before sending, we deliberately chose to send you a mallet with a rubber ball rather than a silicone mallet. The suede mallet being for the other bowl purchased in your order. This choice was based on an optimum rendering of the sound on your vessel as the rubber has a better grip while removing the rubbing noises. I have sent you the quartz mallet you ordered. You will have the whole range of accessories!
