During the last order, you did not provide delivery instructions, so the package was dropped off at a relay point and I had to manage to have it delivered, which incurred additional costs. I request financial compensation for this error.

We sincerely regret this situation, but we want to clarify that the delivery methods depend directly on the carriers: if no one is present at your home to receive the package, it is automatically dropped off at a partner relay point for security reasons and to avoid it being lost. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to intervene in these automatic logistical procedures nor to cover the costs that arise from them.

I paid extra for discreet packaging and then received a box with huge letters saying Tena Maxi on it. That is not discreet at all. Very disappointing that I paid so much for that and it didn't happen.
