I clarify that this is not a review of the seller EI, it is a criticism of the delivery method and the complications it causes. EI sells medical equipment, so it is assumed that some people who buy it may potentially be disabled, sick, etc. For me, the delivery was delayed for a week for more or less valid reasons, only to end up being delivered in another department. This is simply unacceptable on the part of the provider responsible for delivery for this type of product.

Delivery problem at home For the first time, the usual delivery by DPD to the floor following my explicit request was not carried out, replaced, while I was present, by a delivery by Chronopost to the caretaker. This imposes a transfer that is very difficult for me.
