Quality and reliability throughout the chain regarding ordering and delivery.
Very good except for delivery which imposes a time slot that is way too long...
The ordered goods are fine, everything is good, but the logistics contractor BRT did not deliver to my satisfaction. 4 parts in 2 days. No acceptance of the delivery date change. No drop-off permission. No sufficient communication. DHL can do better.
