I placed my first order on the site for the purchase of a racket. The customer service was very available and gave good advice both on the choice of the racket and for the stringing. There were difficulties with the delivery because the package could not be dropped off (note that it is not recommended to have a racket delivered to a locker). The customer service was again available and we were able to find solutions together. My racket was finally able to be dropped off at a post office (I should have chosen this option from the start!). I am very satisfied with my shopping experience on the site and will do it again without hesitation.
