The delivery address was wrong. Despite 2 emails before shipping, the package went to another city. Difficulty in locating it: ordered on May 19, picked up on May 28

Hello, the spoon/fork ordered was in an envelope and did not require shipping in a box of 20x20x30 cm and with a drop-off at a relay point and not in my mailbox, the cost of postage is exorbitant and the carbon footprint is disastrous. Best regards

I received everything I ordered in good condition. BUT there were major issues related to the management of your site. Delivery time indicated as 2 to 3 days turned into 3 weeks... My cart kept appearing on your site even though I had validated and paid for it... 2 phone follow-ups to get information while I received nothing by email to inform me of the delay... however, I received advertisements in the meantime.
