Paid £16 (excl. postage of £5) for a single use beard dye which can be bought for £3 elsewhere online. I feel totally ripped off and WOULD NOT recommend Grizzly Adam.

I ordered this dye online as the website claimed it to be suitable for sensitive skin. However, the packaging or leaflet that comes with the product makes no mention of it being appropriate for this requirement. Instead there are warnings about the need to test first for allergic reaction, similar to those given for the main, and significantly lower-priced, high street brand. The list of ingredients is also similar for both your product and the high street alternative. Although my skin test proved negative, I experienced an allergic reaction on my face when using your product. This was similar to that experienced with other brands. Mercifully, after two days of steroid cream and antihistamine tablets, the sensation of having dived chin first into a nettle patch has now subsided. I recognise that in my case there is a need for trial and error to find a suitable dye, hence the purchase of your product at a premium price, based on the claim made on your website. The manufacturer makes no such claim. Unless you can provide other supporting information, please may I request that you cease marketing this product as being suitable for sensitive skin. It clearly is not.

I bought it because more famous brands gave me an itch. This was supposed to be gentler on the skin. Boy was I wrong. I ended up shaving my beard off completely in pure desperation due to the itchiness.

Absolutely terrible… you don’t even deserve one star. I have a terrible reaction to a number chemicals within dyes so when googling natural beard dyes these guys were top of google search. So I gave you a go only to realise that you had sent me the dye full of PPO and Ammonia! This would have made me seriously ill if I had applied!! I have contacted you to which you haven’t even had the decency to reply!! Over price, wrong product and a lack of customer service! Effecting peoples health is serious and you clearly are not bothered, a case of let’s get the sale and the goods out the door screw the customer!

Instructions are almost impossible to read. You have to mix everything at once, so can only use once. No good or cost effective for short beard. No applicator or tray. Supposed to be for sensitive skin, but I came out in a rash within a couple of hours.

My product was out my garage and I didn’t even know it was there my son picked it up. I thought someone would knock door and give in my hand
