Clear site, easy ordering, very fast shipping, but high postage costs.
There's so much choice that it's best to have been to the store at least once to get acquainted with all the wools and cottons. After that, it's easier to know where to look on the site. The new site is very clear and orders are dispatched very quickly. Order placed in the evening and shipped the next day!

The coordination between the various people in charge clearly needs to be improved, as I waited over a month for an order because someone "forgot" to let me know that one of the products I'd ordered was sold out. I had to call myself, fed up with the delay. Then there was an error about the amount of the refund. Finally, a commercial gesture was made and I thank them, but the customer treatment really needs to be reviewed.
Wool that met my expectations. However, the package was too small to fit in the letterbox. I had to take a cutter, pull out the wool...and crush the box to get it out! What's the point? You might as well pick up the package at the post office, it's more correct. Very expensive shipping costs.
