I received my order quickly and everything was perfect.

Very fast delivery, very well packaged order. A large number of references, ideal when you're looking for something specific. Site could be refined for more random searches (thread size, color...). However, I'm new to the site and haven't yet mastered everything. Otherwise, the tips are nice.

Much more practical (place the order by phone then send the check by mail). In the description of the yarn, it would be nice to specify whether the wool is washable or not. Another little thing: there should be a box to note the bath of the balls for restocking.
