The gift is great, but I find it disappointing that it was not delivered on time as promised by DPD. At the last moment, they sent a notification that I was not home and that it was returned to the delivery depot. I was home and no one ever rang the bell, which we can verify on our home system.

Connection problem to the site, the site lacks fluidity, Address problem during package preparation, had to call myself, 1st call went unanswered, accelerated delivery appreciated so that I received the package on time, package arrived in a terrible state the delivery person told us it had been crushed by another package, luckily nothing was broken inside! Prices of products very expensive and not exceptional, I expected much better.
