First order, my package was not leaving even though it had been ready for several days. I spoke to a lady on the phone, very friendly and responsive, who identified the problem and resolved it. My package arrived just in time for Father's Day. Good bottle and at a very reasonable price.

Fast, compliant and efficient. Moreover, the packaging is perfect to protect the product.
Although the package was wrapped, the bottle of rum moved a lot in the box. The cork moved and some rum escaped from the bottle, not in large quantities. It's a shame. Otherwise, the order met my expectations. Thank you.
