I placed the order on August 16th as a new mother to have everything ready for the first day of school and my order was lost. When I saw that the deadline they have established had passed, I contacted them via email and I have to say, they answered me immediately and gave me the tracking number and I was able to contact the post office to inform me of the status of my order. Petit Fernand, after checking that the order had no movement and not knowing where it is, they told me that they would reship it and luckily this time everything went great. It was a logistical problem but as the first time I place an order with them, they did not meet my needs when I needed them and that is the reason for my valuation. But I also have to add that they were attentive during the incident, and fast in the second shipment. I received what I expected.
