I have placed at least a dozen orders. The labels are outstanding and recommended but on shipping time we just don't get it. I have been waiting for a month for the envelope with my last order and by this time school has already started. You cannot entrust a shipment to the postal service without being able to track it.

I still haven't received my order and it's been almost a month. They answer you with an automatic reply and after much insistence. From what I read this is a common practice. Many of the orders do not arrive and then you have to waste a thousand hours to claim it.
