I have been ordering plants, substrates, and accessories from plantsandstories for almost 2 years. What I love most is that in addition to being beautiful, their plants are perfectly healthy, they are the only ones I add directly to my collection. Never any pests. I also love that my plants do not come from the other side of the world, this family business produces its plants in France. Finally, they take care of their plants and their customers, always little attentions in the packages.

This is the second time I order from this site and certainly not the last. Very satisfied. My plants are very beautiful and perfectly packaged.
Perfect for the order but the UPS carrier is a nightmare. Few choices for pickup points. Package refused by the chosen pickup point and dropped off 24 hours later at another pickup point without giving the location or the name of the store; just the name of the person who signed for the package. Impossible to redirect the package without creating an account. Finally retrieved the package after contacting them to get the address.
