More than 1 month since I ordered, no news from the site. I have followed up several times with the site, both by email and by phone, no news, no information. Since today I can no longer log into the site with my credentials. I have lost my order and the euros that go with it. Hoping they wake up and show a bit of professionalism. Mondial Relay informs me that the package has "gone missing" in their center but that it is another structure that sent the package and that I will not be refunded.

I had an error in my order, I had ordered pink Lemonade chewing gums and I received plain Bubblegum chewing gums. I called several times, left messages and sent emails, but I never got a response.

Great website, I ordered twice in the same month and I am super happy. Fast and careful delivery even with packages full of cans!

Placed my first order with them for 8 Louisiana sauces, received other sauces instead. Despite my complaint emails, no response from them, nor from my multiple phone calls. It seems like there is no one there! No customer service! Completely avoid! I report them on the Signalconso platform.

Missing product in the order, unable to contact support as they do not respond, even on their social networks. Had to open a dispute on PayPal and even on the platform they did not respond, so I was refunded by PayPal fortunately.

For the order I was able to place recently, everything went well, received in a very reasonable time with all the ordered products. However, for an order placed earlier, since the corresponding package never arrived, I requested a refund and that has not yet been done. Above all, I have been waiting for the refund confirmation from them for 3 weeks. I find this a bit unacceptable.
