Very happy with my purchase
Very disappointed by the principle of printing the chosen patterns on a selected support. The result did not convince me much. It was my first experience, and my last. The other products, however, suit me well.

Good quality fabrics but poorly cut (order 1m: 1m on one side of the fabric but 96cm on the other side). I am available to provide you with photos of the measurements

In this regard, a length discrepancy on the same cut such as the one you indicate does not meet our manufacturing standards.

The faux leather received is not the same shade I was hoping for. I had previously requested color samples to be sure of the shade and upon delivery, the shade of the fabric was not as expected. I requested a free return, which was refused... I am very disappointed with the after-sales service of Tissu Price... not even a commercial gesture....
We understand your disappointment and are sincerely sorry that the shade of the faux leather received does not meet your expectations.
However, we would like to clarify that the color sample you are referring to is several years old. Since then, our supplier of this faux leather has changed, which implies possible variations in shade despite a similar name. As a result, the sample in your possession could unfortunately no longer match exactly the product currently marketed.
This information explains why the delivered shade differs from the expected one and does not allow us to consider this as a non-conformity of the product. That is why we are unable to offer a free return.
We remain attentive to your satisfaction and invite you, for future orders, to request recent samples to ensure the exact shade of the products on sale.
