Never despair, articles available within 4 to 6 weeks obtained after 3 months without any particular announcement, which was worth a delivery when we were away. On the other hand, the articles are of good quality and correspond to the description.
Delivery time much, much too long...several months...
Due to a management error the pan arrived after the date and I had to buy another one. (double use) I hesitate to recommend, so as not to suffer the same setbacks. Sincerely
A customer for years, this is the first time that an order placed on May 20 has been received on July 17.
I still haven't received the goods. In fact, the carrier came 2 times and I was there. My phone rang but I didn't pick it up quickly enough - 4 rings then an answering machine, so I tried to call the number back - no answer. The carrier wanted to ask me for the entry code, even though it was indicated on the transport document.
Long delay to receive a damaged can and a pizza peel. Disappointed when up until then I was very satisfied...

Rozell pancake rake: Really average quality, the handle of the Rozell (pancake rake) is not straight, and does not fit together well. 10 Carnex bags for ham mould with red edging: Poor quality ham socks, better quality from the competition, almost the same price. I would not recommend this type of item.
Product ordered in April and delivered mid-June. No information about unavailability before the order except the generic mention "delivery within 48h".
For the 2nd time I am disappointed with the equipment ordered 1 -- the vacuum machine which gave me a lot of problems ..no longer used... 2 -- the pair of scissors whose thumb ergonomics are lamentable .. but it cuts very well...

Unfortunately three glass jars were broken in transit, next time I'll only validate delivery after opening the parcel. On your side there's not much to reproach you with, the packaging was correct and the "fragile" marking was clearly visible.
Disappointed by this article personally I think that the value for money is not there.
It is difficult for me to evaluate the customer service, as my order did not involve this service. I was totally satisfied with the way the product was presented on the site, but on the other hand, LA POSTE is definitely LACKING. My colissimo arrived 3 days late (the 2 previous ones - which were not Tompress orders - were lost).
The 2m handle on the pizza peel was bent... I'm a bit disappointed, especially considering the price.

Hello, A bag of flour was slightly torn (Larangais I think) certainly due to a bad wedging.
Fast, efficient delivery. Product quality leaves something to be desired with certain metal-effect plastic parts (after all, for the price, it's not surprising). The most annoying thing is the product's effectiveness: it doesn't work at all.
After 4 MONTHS of waiting ..... what would you think of this site !!!!!. What's more, they tell you it's French!!! when it comes from China!!! it's over NEVER again!

The parcel arrived unannounced and I had to run back when the delivery man was at my house... No more orders ever!
Good quality product that perfectly meets my expectations. ( Functional and compact ) On the other hand, the price seems very high compared to the product in terms of materials and finish. I was very disappointed with the assembly. A nut is missing on the lever pivot pin, and the addition of washers behind the nuts would have been a plus, to prevent the paintwork from coming loose.

More than a month to receive my order
Perfect delivery. Desus of the goods. With breaks and chips. After-sales service response leaves much to be desired. Poor customer service, 3 weeks waiting for 1 product. I have to change product, not even able to offer me the 10euro difference on a 460euro invoice. Impossible to make you a commercial offer up to 10euro".
The product is of good quality and seems durable. On the other hand, I don't know why but the package was repackaged by the post office... and one of the two watering cans ordered needs a little welding to fill a mini-hole which will cause a slight loss.

I can't order 2 jars, lids that are broken. But only 6, 12. I do not need this quantity. 2. i pay shipping costs again.
I placed an order in january, some items were not in stock and i was made to wait 3 weeks, then another 6 and another 6. finally i cancelled part of my order after 10 weeks. the items ordered were not exceptional (plastic bins, legumier,...) customer service not very commercial, not very creative, refusal of partial delivery, no commercial gesture.
