Unfortunately the status of the orders is done by the webservices of the post office. It is possible that some orders have a status that takes longer to update. Just contact the customer service by mail or via the forum of the site as you did so that we change the status manually. Servizio scadente .. è 10 gg che tento di contattare la contabilità senza successo. Sul sito dite che la spedizione e ritorno merce è gratis, invece per la vostra spedizione ho pagato chf 70.- e il ritorno chf 30.-. E se non basta, per la merce ritornata (un valore di 316.- euro) mi date un buono acquisto invece che riaccreditarmi i miei soldi!!!!
