Servizio scadente .. è 10 gg che tento di contattare la contabilità senza successo. Sul sito dite che la spedizione e ritorno merce è gratis, invece per la vostra spedizione ho pagato chf 70.- e il ritorno chf 30.-. E se non basta, per la merce ritornata (un valore di 316.- euro) mi date un buono acquisto invece che riaccreditarmi i miei soldi!!!!

Poi se lei non chiede il rimborso della merce i ritorni sono automatici e creano uno coupon di sconto. Adesso vado a chiedere a la contabilità il rimborso della merca

Attention the posted prices are including all taxes when you receive the articles you still have taxes to pay. In reality you find yourself paying more. Customer service very interesting they say that tour displays a price metropolis and a price DOM-TOM.bravo

The site does not work properly with all browsers, constrains google geolocation and on top of that requires a sieve like Chrome to navigate and order properly.

Free return is wrong. Exclusively 14 days + have discount code. The words free return, as used by other online retailers, indicate 28 days + credit on payment card and not just shipping costs. The quality of the images and videos on your site is misleading; it tells the consumer that you are practising the mores of other large online sites - accepting to keep the maximum number of customers that sometimes it is also necessary to take money out and not always to bring it in. The sizes don't match at all. There is no warning on the site and the size guide is also wrong. The site does not give refunds, only credits, and if you need an exchange just on the size you are asked to pay shipping costs, while the initial comma reaches well the free shipping.
