I used the size guide on the TYR website to find out which size to order 26 and 20. The products (excellent) are much too small. There are more adjuster sizes on sale. Your refund policy in the form of a credit note is getting me into trouble. Disappointed.

I ordered the swimsuit in my regular TYR size, but it's significantly smaller. Also, the bag it came in STANK. But gloves still stink from carrying it from the parcel shop to my home. Can not possibly be healthy!

Unfortunately I cannot rate TYR as I’d wish for the following problems in my cx. The fins have a table of comparison that doesn’t match online sizes with effective ones: in the webshop an xxl fin was supposed to match a 45/46 foot size, while in reality matches a 46/47. The return experience is also badly orchestrated. I have never experienced an online shopping experience where I cannot get my money back and I have to send back goods on my own expenses. TYR Europe please elevate your services to the brand standards that you deserve!

Fit of the glasses is not perfect. Always get water in it. Replacing the nose piece was very difficult and could only be removed with a tool and applications of force. The instructions are not helpful.

Hello I was unpleasantly surprised by the packaging and wrapping of the jersey, for a brand like Tyr. I even had the impression that it had been tried on and returned. The protection inside the jersey was not put on properly. The orange color is dull. The model is not true to the image on the internal website.
