My first order went well, but the second order was much less successful, the tracking number was not operational and I guess the package was stamped but not delivered to the post office, so waiting for the package, the customer service is there but it lacks responsiveness, I had to send several emails and messages via the chat (which is not really one by the way) to have someone who realized that the traceability of the package did not appear, so send another package and finally received after a week, I hope that my next orders there will be more problems, otherwise I would remove the site from my favorites
