ONLY the client knows their account password, neither the system nor the administrator knows it, which is why the 'Forgot Password' operation requires, after email validation, to define a new password instead of simply sending it, because the system cannot decrypt it. The email you received was sent following the entry of your password when filling out the registration form (before encryption). This is the only case where the password is sent by email. Its purpose is to validate and control the login data entered during registration. Additionally, you can change this password directly on your personal account at any time. Your order was validated at 11:44 on Friday 18/02/2022 and was processed and shipped on Monday 21/02/2022. You received your package on Wednesday 23/02/2022 at 09:41. However, you are right that if the processing had occurred on the same day, you would have received the order on Tuesday 22/02/2022! The order has certainly been delayed in our management system. According to our terms and conditions, orders that arrive after 12:00 are processed on Monday...
