4- Distribution at the counter - Tuesday, September 18, 2018 – 17:26 – Compliant delay

particularly article 8 – Delivery time: “Unless otherwise specified at the time of order validation, the delivery time is generally 2 working days after receipt of payment. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped on Monday.”
We have chosen to ship all our packages via PostPac Economy Signature to ensure reliable delivery, especially in case of loss, damage, or incorrect delivery. As indicated in our advantages, delivery occurs in 2 to 4 working days. The Post delivers your packages throughout Switzerland affordably, safely, and reliably – from Monday to Friday until the next working day:
Package drop-off Monday – Delivery Thursday.

Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped on Monday. The shipments are transported by PostPac Economy Signature from the Swiss Post. Brand Avenue SA cannot be held responsible for a delivery problem after handing over the package to the Post:

Your order was validated on Monday 11/06/2018 at 16:33.
On Tuesday 12/06/2018, you requested by phone a delivery for Wednesday 13/06/2018. At 15:20 on 12/06/2018 we informed you by email that we were unable to ship within the desired timeframe.
Your order was sent priority signature on 13/06/2018 at no additional cost and delivered on 15/06/2018 at 11:48!
Your Grrr corresponds to your dissatisfaction!
However, two events completely independent of our will have affected the situation:
- the last-minute announcement from our supplier of a delivery delay
- the distribution delay from La Poste, this service is under the responsibility of La Poste.
This accumulation remains quite exceptional... We understand your disappointment.

Thank you for your comment which informs us of the problem you encountered when using the perfume you received recently. Although we do everything to ensure that our packages leave our depot well packaged, with contents well secured and padded so that it moves as little as possible, the packages are subject to several manipulations, shocks, pressures, friction, and impacts during the various stages of transport by La Poste. We draw your attention to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, particularly article 12 - Claim “If the merchandise should present a defect, Brand Avenue SA guarantees the customer immediate replacement within the limits of available stock...” Furthermore, our packages are sent by La Poste in PostPac Economy Signature. If the package was damaged during transport, you must report this incident within eight days following delivery. Therefore, please urgently contact our customer service! Chloé Favre

Indeed, as we indicated in our message of 22/02/2018, we made a mistake when processing your order validated on 20.02.2018 - 15:16.
Consequently, you received two packages 1 day apart:
- Departure of the 1st package on 20.02.2018 - 16:00 - Arrived on 22.02.2018 / Received on 23.02.2018
- Departure of the 2nd package on 21.02.2018 - 16:00 - Arrived on 23.02.2018
We reiterate our apologies for our oversight and any inconvenience that may have resulted.
