Your email dated 19/12/2022 informs us that the Aqua Allegoria refill from Guerlain, which you just purchased, cannot be used with your old bottle that is not refillable. Indeed, the 200 ml refill allows for an extended use of the new Aqua Allegoria bottle. The spray nozzle unscrews manually to refill the bottle easily, benefiting from a drip-free system. It cannot be used alone and is only compatible with the 125 ml and 75 ml refillable bottles. Eco-refills are booming in the perfume and cosmetics industry. All brands are reviewing their packaging. We sincerely apologize for this situation, and we understand your disappointment. However, you must acquire a refillable bottle to use the refill...
