The customer service of the Post informs us that you have not yet explained this problem.
Information about the damage to shipments The Post:
Report the damage within 8 days of delivery at your branch. There, the Post will create a protocol and then check whether you are entitled to compensation.
Additional services packages: Signature
The packages will only be delivered to the recipient against signature. In case of loss, damage, or incorrect delivery, Post CH AG is liable within the framework of the general terms and conditions 'Postal services for private customers' (GTC) up to a maximum of CHF 1,500.00.
