To enhance the security of your online purchases, 1000parfums.ch has implemented 3D Secure payment.
This is an additional security device dedicated to online transactions by credit card.
“Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”, also called 3D Secure, are devices introduced by card issuers to combat fraud.
To shop on 1000parfums.ch, you must be registered for the 3D Secure program with your credit card issuing institution.
How 3D Secure works
During the first online purchase following your registration, a new window opens at the time of the payment procedure.
The security message you have chosen appears and you are asked to enter your personal password to identify yourself.
To register for 3D Secure
You will be automatically invited during your first purchase on an online store using 3D Secure.
For registration, you need your credit or prepaid card as well as your card account number.
The authentication procedure
Step 1: Make your purchases

We have processed and dispatched your order within 48 hours with the utmost care: validated on Tuesday 11/04/2017 at 19:45, it was shipped on Wednesday 12/04/2017. Your package was available at your post office on Friday 14/04/2017.
Regarding the price you mentioned, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with some additional information. Indeed, we noticed that ref. 3613 Rem EDP Vapo 100 ml was offered at the price of CHF 105.60, our price CHF 81.00.

After checking the processing of your order here is what we observe:
Friday 13/01/2017 - 10:01:36 - validation of your order
Friday 13/01/2017 - 17:17 - processing and shipping of your order
Friday 13/01/2017 - 18:16 - an email notifies you of the departure of your package with the barcode number
Thursday 19/01/2017 - 09:52 - delivery of the package by La Poste
You are right, the delivery of your package was supposed to take place on Tuesday 17/01/2017. The package tracking indeed indicates a delay on Tuesday 17/01/2017. The Customer Service of La Poste, which we have consulted, is unable to provide us with the reasons for this unusual delay.
A complaint has been filed with a request for a refund of the service fee.
According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, article 13 - Shipping and packaging costs, “Shipments are sent: in signature PostPac Economy packages. Shipping and packaging costs are listed on the order confirmation and are added to the prices indicated on the store order form and on the invoice. ... This service is under the responsibility of the service provider. Brand Avenue SA cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues after the package has been handed over to the provider ...”
We will promptly proceed with the refund of the shipping and packaging costs of CHF 9.00.
An email is sent in parallel with the aforementioned documents that will allow you to take an objective view of the situation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

We offer several payment options: PostFinance (Direct Debit, PostCard), credit cards on our secure space Visa, Mastercard (3-D Secure standard) and Paypal as well as the payment slip. In this last case, the payment deadline is set at 7 working days from receipt of the order confirmation which includes our bank details for a possible transfer. In general, the invoice is sent to the customer by email and mail within the same timeframe. According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, payment is made upon ordering.
