According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped on Monday. The delivery time is estimated at 2 working days. No package is delivered by Swiss Post on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The Easter weekend extended the processing of the shipment by La Poste. However, we note an abnormal blockage of your package from April 20 to April 23 on the platform of 8920 Urdorf Paketzentrum. Distribution occurred on Monday, April 25, 2022. We are refunding the shipping and packaging fees and opening a claim with La Poste. 2- For 1000parfums.ch, we indeed regret a reference error. The addressed perfume was subject to confusion within our shipping service. An exceptional incident that, combined with the shipping delay, made this first experience an unpleasant moment... Your order was validated at 11:44 on Friday 18/02/2022 and was processed and shipped on Monday 21/02/2022. You received your package on Wednesday 23/02/2022 at 09:41. However, you are right that if the processing had occurred on the same day, you would have received the order on Tuesday 22/02/2022! The order has certainly been delayed in our management system.
