During the period from mid-March to early May, no deliveries were possible due to the completely exceptional and unprecedented situation we have experienced. As you know, many brands have stopped their production of perfumes and cosmetics to manufacture hydro-alcoholic solutions.
By the end of June, our entire catalog should be available again...

I found your shop while searching for VC&A Gem and immediately placed an order. Unfortunately, I didn't read the confirmation carefully, and after more than 3 weeks of waiting, VC&A First was sent to me. Very unfortunate.

As you will see, the reference number 4622 corresponds well to the perfume bottle 'First' Van Cleef & Arpels. For your information: The brand Van Cleef & Arpels discontinued the production of the reference 'Gem' a few months ago. Consequently, this item has not been available on 1000 parfums.ch since 2019! Disappointment because you seem to have changed the composition of this perfume. I bought it for the first time about ten years ago and kept this purchase (a few remnants of the perfume). The comparison is undeniable: the new perfume (actually eau de toilette) is different from the old one (less structured, less strong…). Since the brand and the name are exactly the same, I would not have expected to buy the same perfume, but that is not the case.

On the site there were 2 out of stock products, that's not what I'm looking for when I want to buy a product. I had to re-register even though you still had my order history. In the end, it wasn't the right scent. And I waited, in my opinion, 2 days too long for the correct return. Have a nice day
