Thank you for your comment. After verification, the delivery time by La Poste is indeed compliant. All our packages are shipped in PostPac Economy Signature. Delivery usually occurs within 2 business days, from Monday to Friday. Your payment was credited to our account on Thursday 20/06/2019 and we proceeded with the shipment the same day. Packages are handled by La Poste around 3:30 PM. Delivery occurred on Monday 24/06/2019 at 11:10 AM. As a reminder, there is no delivery on Saturday. Therefore, a deposit on Thursday is delivered on Monday, which is 48 hours (2 business days) see the "Our advantages" section Fast delivery in 2 to 4 business days. We acknowledge receipt of the PUPA products ref. 4145 - Super Intensive Bronzing Cream SPF30 that you returned.
You are right, the merchandise was confused within our shipping service.
We regret the inconveniences caused and ask you to accept our sincere apologies for our delivery error.
Information taken from our supplier, the official distributor of the PUPA brand, we were informed quite late that ref. 4183 - Super Invisible Bronzing Spray SPF30 is no longer offered currently in Switzerland. It is still available on the official PUPA website. We do not have, to date, more information, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Only SPF15 (ref. 4182) and 6 (ref. 4181) are still available at the price of CHF 22.00 as well.
If you wish to modify your order, please do not hesitate to communicate the replacement reference to us.
If however this proposal does not meet your expectations, we will immediately proceed to refund your order to your PayPal account.
You will also need to provide us with your bank details in order to transfer the shipping costs of CHF 11.00 paid for the return of the merchandise.
We reiterate our sincere apologies for this situation which remains exceptional and thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your communication. Due to a large catalog, finding the ideal packaging for each reference is almost impossible. That’s why we do everything to ensure our packages leave our depot well packaged, contents well secured and padded so that they move as little as possible; packages are subjected to several manipulations, jolts, pressures, friction, and shocks during the various stages of transport by La Poste. Information about the damage to shipments The Post:
Report the damage within 8 days of delivery at your branch. There, the Post will create a protocol and then check whether you are entitled to compensation.
Additional services packages: Signature
The packages will only be delivered to the recipient against signature. In case of loss, damage, or incorrect delivery, Post CH AG is liable within the framework of the general terms and conditions 'Postal services for private customers' (GTC) up to a maximum of CHF 1,500.00.
