before completing the order by payment you could mention 'out of stock' and not after receiving the package. I have the invoice for the product not received but it does not tell me if I will receive it later or if you will refund me which would be normal

We are sending you by email the tracking history of your order which will allow you to verify it. As we indicated, our supplier informed us of this supply problem on 11/08/2017. That is why it was available on 1000parfums.ch at the time of your order. This situation is quite exceptional! This item is now in 'coming soon' status. Of course, we also proceeded to refund the amount of CHF 45.00 on the same day. You have certainly been able to verify it in the meantime. Good and fast. During my last order (Caron for a Man), I didn't notice that it wasn't my usual EDT. It had the same name, but 2015 edition (it seems to me). It's not the same smell and it bothers me a bit. I think it should have been better identified as such. So three stars... Best regards, G. Fahrni
