To enhance the security of your online purchases, 1000parfums.ch has implemented 3D Secure payment.
This is an additional security device dedicated to online transactions by credit card.
“Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”, also called 3D Secure, are devices introduced by card issuers to combat fraud.
To shop on 1000parfums.ch, you must be registered for the 3D Secure program with your credit card issuing institution.
How 3D Secure works
During the first online purchase following your registration, a new window opens at the time of the payment procedure.
The security message you have chosen appears and you are asked to enter your personal password to identify yourself.
To register for 3D Secure
You will be automatically invited during your first purchase on an online store using 3D Secure.
For registration, you need your credit or prepaid card as well as your card account number.
The authentication procedure
Step 1: Make your purchases
Step 2: After validating your banking details on the PostFinance payment platform, you are transferred to your bank's site.
In the 3D Secure window that appears, the authentication procedure to follow is specific to each bank. Enter your password known only to you.
Step 3: You are redirected to the PostFinance platform to finalize and validate your order.
You will receive your order confirmation by email.

Your communication has caught our attention. We offer several payment options: PostFinance (Direct Debit, PostCard), credit cards on our secure space Visa, Mastercard (3-D Secure standard) and Paypal as well as the payment slip. In this last case, the payment deadline is set at 7 working days from receipt of the order confirmation which includes our bank details for a possible transfer. In general, the invoice is sent to the customer by email and mail within the same timeframe. According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, payment is made upon ordering. We take good note of your remark. Immediately, due to our pricing policy, these two options have not been retained. However, during a future evolution of 1000parfums.ch, the referral will be reactivated although this offer did not work with our customers. As for the loyalty program, it is in progress.

We note that your order was validated on Wednesday 05/10/2016 at 18:22, processed and shipped on Thursday 06/10/2016 in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The distribution was carried out at the post office on Monday, October 10, 2016.
