Easy to use. That said, several products are missing like 'Serge Lutens' and bottles like 'Midnight Rose' have small capacities. Large bottles are not available. For delivery, everything is fine, plus the packaging is anonymous which is very convenient if it concerns a birthday and you are not there to receive it.
