Very large selection of products, that's what made me choose this site. The only point to improve is the description of the items (it's annoying for a drill bit set not to know what size they are...). This will also likely allow for a more efficient search for products. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything arrived in good condition, within fairly short deadlines.

The order was received well, but communication is non-existent. Never received an answer to the question about the status of the order, only a message from bpost about delivery without mentioning which company it came from. A shame about the lack of communication. The order itself was fine.

The packaging was poor and inadequate, with very little protection for the contents. Upon opening the assembly kit box, there were loose pieces that had come away from their original location, and I still don't know if perhaps any are missing.
