A good selection of kits but delivery took over a month.
It appears that they don't stock some items themselves but have to order them elsewhere.And that can take a very long time.Very annoying if you had thought you could start your kit soon.

I bought two products 15 days before Christmas and it said they would arrive in a week. They did not arrive when it said, they did not notify me. After several unanswered calls I was told that they would arrive after Christmas, but in addition to being very late I only received one product. Bad communication and a disaster with the delivery. I ended up getting my money back for the other product.

The item I was looking for was sold out everywhere, only 1001hobbies indicated they still had stock and could ship within one business day. Therefore, I ordered the item from 1001hobbies. But after ordering, it was indicated that the item had to be ordered from the supplier first. This took 3 weeks. All this time the website indicated they still had stock. I find this deception. Also never had a response to my question about the order.

I ordered on January 3rd for my dad's birthday, 10€ for postage, the parcel never arrived ! I had to email several times only to be told that there was a problem with my parcel. I am very disappointed.
