and three months for the amount to be refunded in mid-February - this time at least in full. Edited: Trustpilot forwarded me the response from 1001 and gave me the opportunity to edit my review. Thank you for the chance to go from 2 stars to one. On the same day I posted the review, I also reminded 1001 about the outstanding refund for my order from early September. I had canceled the order on November 30, 2025, reconfirmed the cancellation in February, and received a *confirmation* of the cancellation as well as the assurance of a timely refund. Instead of the refund, I received an

Despite 10 months of delay in delivery, refusal from the merchant to cancel the order, except to charge me an abusive penalty. The merchant didn't even offer to send the second product separately while it was available. Customer service unreachable by phone. However, the merchant has no qualms about charging and collecting the amounts immediately (10 months of cash advance at the customer's expense). Disgraceful practices and no consideration for the customer.
