I was a bit scared because my parcel was notified as having been picked up by the recipient at my Relay point, which I hadn't done. When I got there, of course, my parcel was nowhere to be found, but fortunately another bookseller/point relay called to tell me that if I didn't come to collect my parcel, it would be sent back to the sender. I went straight there and luckily it was my order. I'm not pointing the finger at the website, but at the delivery companies, who are more and more often making a mockery of things. I do not recommend anyone to buy here. It is the third time that they ask for the order, I placed the order two months ago, the order did not arrive, one call after another, twenty thousand emails a day, no one knew anything, after losing a lot of time and strength I get them to send me another one which NEVER ARRIVES, I make a thousand calls again and after getting a response from one of them, they spoke to me terribly and either I spoke to them in English or they did not answer me, which left me no other choice but to make the best I could and I knew they would send me a THIRD ORDER for which I have no follow-up, no confirmation email or anything, I have never seen anything like this in my life. It should be reportable and this is already the next option in the consumer service office.
