and three months for the amount to be refunded in mid-February - this time at least in full. Edited: Trustpilot forwarded me the response from 1001 and gave me the opportunity to edit my review. Thank you for the chance to go from 2 stars to one. On the same day I posted the review, I also reminded 1001 about the outstanding refund for my order from early September. I had canceled the order on November 30, 2025, reconfirmed the cancellation in February, and received a *confirmation* of the cancellation as well as the assurance of a timely refund.
