The experience in this wed , It has been pretty bad three references are ordered , marked with stock available and after two weeks waiting for the shipment .
I ask and they tell me that two items do not have them . and if I do not ask no one says anything . TWO months to finalize a transaction.

But when they told me that the refund was going to take FOURTEEN days (not even in the worst times of Aliexpress) I decide that I prefer to wait for the items, they leave me hanging and do not answer again.
I placed the order here because with the three items and counting the shipping costs .
The price was very good. In the end the reference that arrived, cost the same as in other weds and I would have had it in four days.
The model stores if anything is characterized by its seriousness, advice and good customer service.
I had never had a single problem on the contrary.
You have good prices taking advantage of offers and others. And it is a page that regularly appears in search engines. As recommended The two references that I am missing you still have them. How can we trust again in 1001 hobbies. I have read the comments on your site and you have a lot of the same cases.

The order was not placed on the 17th but on the 7th, and was not processed until the 17th.

I didn't place an order because your website has become a gas factory and we don't understand a thing, at least not me personally.

I didn't like that the order I placed was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days and it took 10. Because I bought it for a specific date and couldn't give it away in time. If it is a time of many orders and there will be delays, they should put it in.

Ordered product well before the holidays. Product was supposed to be delivered within a few days. Sent an email after a few days, then found the product was not available and could take weeks. Just before the holidays this was a big problem. Fortunately I could succeed at another webshop, but I will not order here again.

overall very professional and a lot of choice but it would be nice if we could reach you by phone more quickly and especially do not put labels on the references of pots of paint it becomes illegible and we are forced to add another label on top to recognize the reference of the pot moreover a reduced delivery price for small order quantities (1 or 2 pots of paint or a very low minimum order) would be appreciated

Order placed on 19/12/2021 delivery expected on 27/12/2021 max. On the order tracking, it is still not prepared (17/01/2022), I canceled and normally I should be refunded. Site to avoid, or else order 1 year in advance to be delivered for next Christmas. I ordered on another site on 17/01/2022 and delivery was made on 19/01/2022.
