Order Shipping/Delivery time too long to the US I placed an order in late November for a Christmas present. I received no updates as to my order status. About a week and a half out from Christmas, I inquired as to the status of the order. I got, ""Thank you for your patience"", but no other information except my order is in process. It was obviously not coming in by Christmas, so I ordered something else from someone else. I sent 3 requests to cancel my order since it was still in ""process"" and hadn't shipped yet. The communications I received were, again, Thank you for your patience with NO acknowledgment of any of my cancellation requests! We are in the states and had I known this was coming from France, I would not have ordered it. And, I will never order from 1001 Hobbies again. The travel/ship time is too long and the order progress communication is non-existent. After ignoring all my requests to cancel and not wanting to refund any monies, my order came in Dec 29. I did receive some communications as to the delivery on Dec 27. Do not order form 1001 Hobbies from the US unless you have a 2-3 month delivery window.

I have not yet received my package... I have not yet received my package ordered on December 5th. It is now December 28th. I cannot get ahold of anybody in customer service. The phone number in Boston just rings and rings.

Still haven't received package Not your fault. USPS still hasn't delivered my package. It's been almost an entire month since I ordered it and it was supposed to be delivered on December 18th.

The prices are quite competitive, the toy offered (monster truck radio ordered) is of good quality and the description was accurate. On the other hand, delivery times were not respected: order placed on 312 for delivery within 2-4 days. Order received on 1812, just in time for Christmas. However, payment was received

Supposedly, it was to be delivered on December 24 if ordered before the 17th, so the package was indicated as being ready on the 23rd, 6 days later, and I haven't heard anything since. In short, I placed 1 order with 1001 hobbies and this will probably be the last.

a little long to receive the order

I made 2 orders and both times the deliveries were long.

Delivery time still very long (ordered and paid on 0612 received on 2412 products in stock) fortunately the choice is very wide.

Received too late

Having been let down by another company,I was grateful to be able to find a Christmas present in stock here. 1001 shipped my order promptly but Hermes took a very long time to deliver it 10 days!!! In addition the Hermes tracking system didn't really function well. For me to order from this company again they would need to change their delivery provider!

The service from 1001 models is a lot better than when I first tried to deal with them. For a company that is outside of the USA it has pretty good service.

I have not seen my purchased item yet. I can�t blame the 1001 people about that but I can say that their tracking information wasn�t that helpful. Counting from the day I made the purchase it has been 5 weeks that I have been waiting. I am doubtful that I will ever see my package. 1001 offers many items that I can�t get elsewhere but I can�t trust that the delivery will be made.

I will never buy anything here again. Allegedly, money had not arrived even though I had a receipt from the bank. This company cannot be reached by phone. First there is a tape message and then the busy signal! After I wrote a very clear email, they found my money and told me that the goods would be sent. Then it only took 3-4 weeks and ""poof"" the package was already there!
