My purchase was flagged because I tried to pay with my credit card. The purchase was not accepted, so I used PayPal. After weeks of waiting, I had to email them. It took another few weeks to straighten out their problem with my purchase. There was no contact made by them. I had to keep on them every step until I finally received my order 7 weeks after placing it. Never again.

Very bad. Allegedly, the goods were not in stock at the time of the order. They only told me this after I inquired about where my order was after a week. (written in French, no response in German and English. The goods were available on the website. So I eventually received my items, but I will never order there again.

I had no problems with the order. The puzzles were perfect but I did have problems with the carrier. He is very unprofessional, I did not receive the package at my home as the seller assured and it arrived a week after it was at the carrier's warehouse.
