Shipping Time I understand that International Shipping can get delayed. Please consider better communication. An email telling me my package is still on the way is useless. I would rather know when it is and when it leaves. The tracking link only states it has reached destination country.

Great Service & Awesome selection of Models They had an awesome selection of hard to get model kits (well hard to get in the US anyways). Prices were okay but considering I couldn't find them anyplace else it is what it is. Fast shipping too even with things as messed up as they are now! I will use them again for my model needs!!!!

Too long waiting time without any info. only after own inquiry came an email. 18 days after the order although the article stated 2 to 4 delivery days. On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. You offer solutions and they do not respond to your emails. It is a site that is based in Spain (Madrid) and they attend you by phone in French. You can check it. My order is paid and held. Be careful and above all be aware of where to find them.

i ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles delivery was between 25th and 27th november they arrived on the 26th so spot on and well packaged also it shows me they are a genuine supplier so would not hesitate to use 1001 modelkits again in the future i would also recommend them to family and friends

The initial package apparently disappeared in transit but was ultimately replaced by 1001 after investigation with their couriers so a loss was happily reduced to a delayed arrival. I will use them again.
