After 21 days still not received my package. After contacting customer service by e-mail to hear from them, I got a fairly quick response, which is good, but I don't give a damn about your order"" grandiose. The only thing they know how to tell us is ""you can't go faster than the music, you have to wait"". It's really great, bravo to you, very professional.
