No problems with the website but unfortunately some of the parts were out of stock and I had to wait a week and a bit before they arrived. Once sent they arrived promptly in a jiffy bag which meant that the two boxes of bits were a little crushed. No damage to the contents though. Thanks I couldn't have completed my project without them!
