Too much unavailability on certain models, even though the product is indicated as available and in several copies when the order is placed. It would be wiser to give your stock and not that of your supplier. I've had 4 orders for fighter planes in the last month, two of which took 10 to 15 days to be delivered. Bi""Peut mieux faire"".

My Axion glider Good company to get parts for my Axion Cumulus glider from very few parts are available in the UK. Unfortunately they take ages to deliver from ordering to delivery can be up to 5 weeks. But as we can't get parts in the UK we have no choice.

As for the caravel models, I received two straight hulls of the Santa Maria, and the Nina was not packaged, so I don't know if anything is missing. As for the rest, I'm completely satisfied, including with the delivery times. I tried to contact the service by phone to ask them to rectify their error, but I couldn't reach anyone, so I left a message. I'm waiting for a reply so that I can make a definitive decision if the necessary steps are taken, and I'll be fully satisfied with the service. I've just received the two pieces of hull, and I'm fully satisfied with the after-sales service. I recommend

Bjr. The products and prices are good, but why on earth such long delivery times! The mention""produit en stock expédié sous 2"" seems to me to be a commercial argument without foundation. Products ordered on the 5th (all marked in stock etc...) received on the 13th evening (dispatched on the 13th).

I don't know if 1001 maquettes is responsible but I have a big problem. I received an e-mail from mondial relai telling me that my order had been delivered to the relay point, so I went to pick it up but no luck, it wasn't there. I tried to contact Mondial Relai on Tuesday 9517 but they were out of order. I call again on 10517 and they're still out of order, so I haven't received my order and I'm not happy.
