Very few negative comments on past orders articles conforming satisfactory packaging on the other hand the shipping costs are enormous example for 6 pots of paint model of 14 ml and a pliers plastic the amount of the costs was counted at 799 euros for this total of articles one does not even reach the 300gr 8 euros of port is not

Why didn't you realize that the order was blocked? The parcel is delivered to the relay after a month... I haven't opened the box, it's for a gift but it's not much for 6.

They use Hermes as one of their carriers, difficult to judge where your parcel is as they don't update their system correctly.
