Disappointed by the delivery time and the lack of credible information in the order tracking, even if this is the result of a computer and telephone server problem. In addition, a delivery note with the parcel would be useful to help verify the presence of all the items ordered.

Fast and impeccable packaging

I received the order a few days later than expected but the store informed me of everything correctly.

Too bad you work with the post office... it spoils everything!

It is very serious, shipping costs a little expensive.

Delayed delivery and boxes of models crushed on arrival

As this is a remote order, the description of the model should be more detailed so that there are no unpleasant surprises about the product. That said, ordering is easy and the execution and shipping are fast, even if the cost seems a little high to me.

Website is OK, what is inconvenient is that if you have an order out some parts may be or become unavailable. That holds up the order very much.

This company has a uk web address, but actually ships from abroad had I known id never have used them, I tried to cancel after waiting a week and was told the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. The item turned up 4 weeks after ordering.
I would never use them again .

A bit misleading, thought I was using a UK based depot, products were available straight away del 3-4 days, didn't arrive, chased up to be told coming from France a week later, looking at other reviews this is not 1st others have had same situation.. When placing order should state where products are coming from, probable use again though

very poor attitude to customer enquiries
told me I was being “impatient” when delivery was already 4 days late
then told me I was a “low priority”
then told me to wait 10 to 15 days after the promised delivery date presumably before troubling them again
well, guess who’s a “low priority” now - you’re so low a priority for my custom you can kiss goodbye to any repeat orders
and … it still hasn’t been delivered 10 days after the promised delivery date
unfortunately I can’t rate with zero stars - dont deserve even a 1 star

Product is good. However despite the items being shown as ‘ in stock and ready for immediate dispatch ‘ it took two weeks to be posted. Otherwise ok.

Did an order that wouldn't ship for a while. Cancelled that and a week later only got part of the refund! Had to push to get the rest of it.
Then I stupidly did more orders. They said they'd be here by date X, but it's past that date and I have only received half of the orders!
Please just avoid them. They're more hassle than they're worth

The gift wrapping was horrendous, part of the box were still showing. Both boxes were crushed because they shipped the items in bubble wrap only. How am I suppose to gift these items now?

Prompt delivery but perhaps the packing of the item could be better (just using bubble wrap around the box is questionable with the UK postal system!)

Delivery was incomplete at first; problem did eventually get resolved after contacting customer service 2x.

Complete site, easy to access, well-packaged product, short lead time.

Although I am regularly informed of the reasons why my order takes so long to be dispatched, it is important to be clear beforehand and to say whether the item is in stock with the seller or only with its suppliers... which is not the same thing...

Hello, my note is the reflection of my order placed on October 03 and received on October 21 after I called 3 times. on the RC model tamiya mainly you have 90% of the range on your site available within 15 days at T2M but your database is not up to date! if it's not available at T2M, you still take 15 days. i, the customer, know more than the advisers on the phone, and that's not it at all! what's more, you're on average 40% more expensive than most stores representing the TAMIYA brand for options and spare parts for TAMIYA models. in short, you don't do anything right apart from making money. you've lost a customer who's very passionate about this brand.

I'm only talking about the model department: payment, delivery, telephone assistance: very good; large selection, especially of small-scale figurines. It should be possible to place items in the shopping basket without going through the product details, and a historical period criterion should be used for searches; non-competitive prices except for sales or clearance sales.

Product not in stock when ordered, too bad, otherwise impeccable delivery on time.

Parcel arrived on time but packaging crushed in letterbox

I was initially impressed by the great price. So I ordered immediately. Then searched for reviews and....oh shock found many negative ones. Waited and checked the shipment status again and again. Suddenly it said "not available". Checked the website and found out that the kit would not be available for another week, even if ordered immediately. I waited and...got lucky! and received the kit at the end of the week after all, which means a delivery time of two weeks, which is understandable when you know that they are based in France and not in Germany as the name suggests!
Conclusion: Despite the tempting prices and the low postage, not necessarily the first choice when ordering.

Items are pretty easy to find in the online store, nice that if you place an item in the cart, you can return exactly to the page you had left.

Excellent except for the delivery time which takes too long.

I am satisfied with the product requested, I can only say that the deadlines were met for a first purchase on your site I could I think renew. Thank you️
