Correct attention and follow-up

Average site navigation, as the search engine is a little too inclined to reply that no items match. You have to go through all the motorcycle miniatures to check. Then the Q / P ratio is not the best on the market when a close European competitor offers the same item for €40 while 1001 sells it for €50! The same goes for delivery costs... Otherwise, delivery times are too long: 2 weeks are advertised, which is already a long time, but the item is finally delivered 3 weeks after the order ... That's a lot of room for improvement, good luck to you.

Corespondence with customer service 4 mails to get a response package shipment 30 hours after for immediate shipment null .

Fast delivery and good value for money

Several orders to date, the delivery times correspond to what was announced to me at the time of these orders. As far as the site is concerned, so far I've been able to find my way around it, which is essential for me. A badly organized site will see me pass by but not come back. So for the time being, I'll continue to follow you.

Item was good but (I now realise) expensive and dispatch time (2+ weeks) was disappointing.

After placing an order and immediately requesting that they include an item I had forgotten, they asked me for my bank information to process the additional item and include it in my order... surprise? they didn't include it. In addition, they sent me another order by mistake. After complaining on the phone I was told that my order (the good one) was also on its way two weeks before it was actually on its way. My order was shipped last Thursday 8th and I had been waiting since mid-August ... horrible, really horrible if you have an urgency as it was the case to make a delivery of a customer order and you depend on them ... they have made me lose money with their lousy management and attention.

To date after 6 weeks still have not received my order. Then I am told you have chosen non tracking shipping. Yes what does that say then! That the delivery will take months! I think it is a bad thing, also I was totally unaware that it was a non tracking shipment I just ordered the normal way.

Great website. Only having to report several times that nothing had been sent and no response, until after waiting far too long the package arrived, while it was supposed to be sent right away, is very bad. Therefore a 2. The instant shipping is not correct at all.

My parcel arrived 5 days after the deadline set by the site. Very disappointed as it was for a gift that could not be delivered despite the site's promise.

I was excited about the 1001 hobbies site because I found some Heller kits there that I thought were now unavailable. With the help of my son (he much more practical especially for forms of payment while I only use ATM) I placed the order which was delivered a few days in advance of the date communicated to me. For all this I have to give a positive review. Thank you and see you next time.

Good quality products at a reasonable price. To say they come from France I'm surprised they take so long to deliver.

Fast delivery (ordered on Thursday afternoon, received the following Monday), well packaged and respectful of the order. One star less for the shipping costs, which represent 1 third of my order, but I'm delighted to have gone through 1001hobbies.fr, and I'll repeat the experience.

Very bad company, does not keep delivery times as promised. Been waiting 4 weeks now for a product and still it is not on its way, a return package was not accepted and will be returned. Bad communication.

Order Not Delivered

I have purchased from 1001 hobbies previously and they have impressed me with their prices, choice of products and speed of dispatch and communication. Once again, they have been a pleasure to buy from. I would however say that my item (a Trumpeter 1/32 Su-27) was wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping, on opening the packaging the box was damaged in a number of places and I was concerned the kit was damaged. On checking, this was not the case, but the box did look like it had been beaten up. That's the only reason they've not earned the full five stars from me on this occasion.

It took a little longer than expected but everything arrived perfectly.

Everything is perfect and very well packaged, as for delivery .... Order preparation times are too long, up to 4 days when you pay for delivery. This is really annoying, even for a current order, the same problem takes too long and this puts the brakes on the purchase, which is a shame because the site offers everything at a very competitive price, but everything else is perfect.
