Fast delivery but product a little below my expectations. Storage box a little damaged and two figurines missing.

I ordered in December but one large item was not in stock (although that wasn't stated when placing the order). Instead of refunding the 52 GBP they gave me a credit note. The item just came back in stock 6 months later so I put it in my basket but there was no way to apply my credit note. I had to phone them and they organised it at their end and I've just had delivery so all's well that ends well. I wasn't happy about getting a credit note when I actually requested a refund but I appreciate them sorting out my delivery now.

I would have liked them to be more flexible in extending my initial order with another product, especially since it had not yet been prepared, as it was Sunday when I requested it.

good overview will be used more often

Ordered a Dice bag and dice. Was sent the Dice Bag with not dice. Tried to contact the company to get the rest of my order shipped to me but nothing was done. I will not be using this site again.

Great site, deliver what they promise.

Very disappointed with my purchase. Item does not work.

Time delivery is disappointing

I ordered two items that were both listed as being in stock in February. I then proceeded to receive no updates on my order besides the fact that it was 'processing'. After I sent an multiple emails months later I was informed that one of my items was out of stock and the cost would be refunded to my account, and the other item was shipped and received with no further issues. It could be a problem with overseas shipping but I think communication regarding the status of my order could have been done better.

Shipping could be faster

The packaging was not suitable for the contents ordered. The model boxes were damaged at the corners. No cardboard, only bubble wrap, not enough to guarantee the integrity of the parcels sent.

Order tracking is very well organized. Shipment to Switzerland via the CH Colissimo postal service is certainly not the right choice. This postal service felt obliged to carry out a customs clearance check ... and massacred the packaging!... It's a pity that 1001 Hobbies chose the "Colissimo" formula ...it cost them 1 star ...and me an extra bill!... Kind regards.

Order and payment was easy to use.
Communication with 1001 hobbies was excellent. Order arrived early and safely. Would buy from again

Took a while to arrive but all in order

I ordered my product on 7 June with a 1 to 2 week delivery. I did not realise that warehouse was in France. I had to wait 10 days for the order to be processed. It then was ready for dispatch. Then late Friday an error appeared on my order. I emailed at the beginning of the following week to find out what the problem was and when i would get the product and they said my order had a computer bug so the order had to be recreated and it would be delivered in 3 days. I had to wait another 7 days while this order was processed. It then went ready for dispatch and then surprise surprise an error appeared. I again emailed to cancel the order. They responded that the order had been dispatched and if I wanted my money back I would have to return the product. UPS did not collect the product from the warehouse until lunch the next day. I will never use this company ever again.

The track and trace code not convenient

I have not yet snapped up the gift.For punctuality a good grade ,the gift wrapping leaves a little to be desired.

Delivery takes much longer than promised. Weeks - not days. Regardless, product was as described and they do respond to communications.

Information on scales is somewhat confusing and I have confused several products.

They advertised the rare version of the product (and still do) however they sent the common version i can get on amazon instead. Still awaiting to hear back with a free returns label.

Item as per description, very fast shipping

Bad very bad, I still have not received my order. You charge high postage for express courier. It's been more than three weeks. Very bad service. I will never buy anything else from you again, that's for sure.

I finally received my order I’m very happy about that and the planes look great I have not tried to build them yet as I’m still working on the ship but they are exactly what I wanted I’m quite satisfied

Hello, this is my first purchase on this site that I did not know. A slight lack of visibility in relation to availability (but it's possible that I didn't see or understand how it worked), however whether it's shipping or after-sales service, there's good responsiveness. To be confirmed on a future order.

Too expensive

Unfortuntley due to unknown stock levels and long delays it has taken over a month for my order to arrive, and even then only in pat, and with a secondary request for a refund against the items that were not available. Its a seriesof unfortunate events, but the fact hat it took so long to resolve and it took several attempts from myself to get them to look into my issue means that it was not a great customer service experience.

This order and previous orders are fine. But there are two pending orders and especially one that should already have stock of all three products, they are starting to run behind schedule. I am sure that the problem will be solved soon.

Delivery times not respected and then real harassment by e-mail, despite my wish not to receive any! There's no point in encouraging me to use a company I'm not fully satisfied with!
