Electrical items supplied to UK may come with European plug. This was not clear and buying from a .co.uk I thought I would be getting a UK spec item. Possibly in breach of Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 by selling to UK market?

Delays too long as usual

Order received after 2 weeks. Unfortunately oder some information aboutdue status. But still reasonably satisfied.

Package sent from France to Canada thru the post office was only bubble wrapped!?! Won't use them again!!!!

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITIO! I still have not received my package and it is already almost two months. I have written twice and not heard back, and finally when I called they promised to have an answer to where the package was in three business days and have not contacted me again. Pure crap, I would never recommend it, it would be 0 stars yes there was the option. DO NOT ORDER! It's been nearly two months and I STILL have not received my package. I wrote to customer service twice and got NO reply, and when I finally called to demand answers they promised to contact me with info on where my package was within 3 business days and NEVER got back to me. Awful service, do NOT recommend- I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

After about a week to two weeks the package was delivered, until then no mail or message about status of delivery, but otherwise reasonably fast delivery and product is fine

It was stopped at customs and I had to pay more for it.

The time until receipt was very long, and the information on the status of the order in the meantime was poor.

Required paint colors were not on the site, so I had to order them later after I received the kit.

I regretted that the packages were so badly made and not very serious.

Well packed and delivered as agreed

Package received almost a month after order (for two items advertised as "in stock").

The reason is because of the slowness in sending the product and if the cause is that some of them had not yet received it when the customer bought it, it seems to me not very serious. It has taken 12 days from Madrid to Barcelona, when in 15 days I have received shipments from China.

the shipping of the parcel is deplorable 2 boxes of games wandering around unprotected in an oversized cardboard box, the whole thing barely taped up, as a result the box arrives with a split corner and completely misshapen. zero level of logistics and customer respect,

Great site - great price! First order delayed compared to what was advertised + one product that doesn't fit in our opinion (maybe bad luck). Otherwise, everything else is great! You can trust them.

Top order and delivery, but the color of the blue paint ordered was absolutely not what was shown on the website.

1001 has some hard to find kits at reasonable prices. Turn-around (order to receipt) is a little slow, but not bad for international shipping.

Great prices, but headaches to go with it. Mostly on processing and shipping. I paid a processing fee, and it took almost a mont to ship and when it did, all they did was bubble wrap the item. No box. Of course the item shows up damaged. Now they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Good price, but be aware.

Several weeks to receive a credit note after returning an order, with reminders by e-mail, never a reply by phone despite calls during opening hours... Obliged to pay shipping costs each time (product return and new order)... Delivery in a box that was much too large and poorly sealed: 1 board game with damaged box. Less presentable gift :(((

Satisfied, easy transaction, fast delivery, however Colissimo shipping costs are excessive for the size and weight of the product ordered.

My item was sealed but worn/broken so was no use to me

Everything was fine so far. It just wasn't clear that the goods came from France, which meant that delivery took a little longer. But otherwise everything was fine.
