It was very easy to find my way around the site. The only thing that didn't fit was the description of the product. Customer service did reply, but only very late and not in German.

They do not meet the delivery times indicated on the page. I had to contact them to find out what was going on and they shipped it almost a month later.

Not very proactive with communications after order placed, then multiple emails stating order on it's way when it had already been received ! Goods well packed and were as expected.

The price is far too high for this product. The decals included in the kit cannot be viewed before ordering.

The decals I received are not the ones I ordered! The colissimo return slip I received for reimbursement is not in my name! What a nonsense !!!

I ordered a great planes pt 19 56.5 “ what I received was a electrifly pt 19 they charged me 256.00 for a toy Nowhere on the ad did it say it was not the item I ordered when I attempted to return it the freight was over $130.00 this company uses Bait and Switch to lure customers Don’t by anything from them they are a dishonest company I will never buy from them again lesson learned

Did think it took a long time for the item to be delivered

I have made large payments a few times now . But the discount of my prime card Does not go well ...Already sent many emails ...but no solution and communication is difficult . That is because I think it is French speaking . And when mail uses the translation computer. Then you do not understand each other...If this problem was not there I would give high rating. Now I advise against purchase discount card prime....

Works very well even if a little slow from time to time (I have fiber and my PC is recent, I don't think it's my fault), you can find a lot of things you can't find on commercial sites like amazon and for more than reasonable prices.

No indication that import duty applies

A site that makes it easy to select what you're looking for.

Waited for 6 months for my order they kept telling me that its been delayed. Now I'm struggling to get my refund from them. It must be run by muppet.

As I don't have a car, I walked 3km to pick up the parcel at a tobacconist's, even though there's another tobacconist's 1km away where I picked up other parcels.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected but other than that, everything else was fine

While they got 2/3 of the order correct, they shipped an item that was incorrect. The item they shipped was no where even near close to what I paid for. Getting a refund on that item, or the item was difficult and required multiple e-mails to resolve. They opted to refund the cost of the item, but did not refund the added shipping cost they charged me. I will not be ordering from them again, and would advise others to avoid doing business with them.

I'm still waiting for a reply for the figurine I ordered in February.

The order was delivered to the right place on time.

Service was great, shipping was fast, would have given 5 stars but the package was wrapped only in bubble wrap and was very damaged when it arrived. Luckily the model in side wasn't.

The order took far too long to reach me.

The stock was not up to date at the time of purchase, and I was not contacted to find out. In the end, the order was cancelled after an exchange of a dozen e-mails. The refund only came a month later.

My order included 6 models, and 5 out of 6 were the right ones. Surprising response, at first I get a reply asking for photos. Then they wrote to me asking me to send back the model that didn't correspond to the order, without even giving me any information about the one that was expected... finally, as trust reigns, they told me they'd send me the other one after I'd returned the wrong model. Commercially speaking, it's very average, and what's more, it's up to me to go fishing for information... great, guys!

I did not receive the product that I ordered. I have been in contact with customer service and I anticipate the problem will be resolved.

Product met my expectations. All good so far. Unfortunately, the delivery time was a bit long.

Received quickly. Model was not shipped in a separate box, but wrapped and taped, so the box was slightly damaged.

The site is simple, clean and gives confidence in the purchase. However, the item I received (a model) was already open when I received the package... In terms of after-sales service, it's been 3 weeks of email exchanges... to find out what the problem is, send a photo... then I'm offered a replacement, but once again I have to send a photo + item number + after-sales service form to fill in with my name and the reason, and finally I'm offered a credit note or a refund, but not the new item, so I'm still exchanging emails and I almost feel like giving up and ordering from another site... (The accessories I ordered were all of the expected quality and packaged... unopened, hooray...)

Ordering is great. Your selection is awesome. Your package tracking is terrible! Once you hand it off to the US postal service you can’t get any tracking information. That is Disturbing!

Dropped the price of a purchased item hours after I purchased. Contacted them to see if they would refund the difference. Didn’t even reply back.
